Belk is partnering with Pat Smith and Treasure You to promote breast cancer awareness and encourage women to get a free screening with the Belk Mobile Mammography Center next Wednesday, June 3rd from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Belk is committed to fighting breast cancer within its local communities and has partnered with Pat Smith’s Treasure You program to educate the women of Dallas about the importance of early detection. Belk’s hope is that the Belk Mobile Mammography Center creates more awareness about breast cancer screenings in our community.
Since 2013, the Belk Mobile Mammography Center has screened more than 7,400 women. This year, the center came to Texas for the first time since its inception. The center will be making several additional stops throughout the state including Rockwall (6/5), Kerrville (6/10) and New Braunfels (6/11).
The BelkGives on the Go Mobile Mammography Center offers free, convenient mammogram screenings for women age 40 and over with no breast concerns and who have not had a mammogram in the last 12 months.
The Mobile Center will be parked in front of Belk Galleria Dallas located at 13350 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75240.

All screening exams are performed by Charlotte Radiology’s licensed, female mammography-certified technologists. A board-certified radiologist, specialized in breast imaging will interpret the mammogram. Participating patients and their primary care physicians will receive confidential results.
