Favorite Tools & Products for a Successful January Whole30

2019: Another new year… another round of #JanuaryWhole30. I think I say this every year, but this time around – I feel more prepared than ever. Over the past few Whole30 challenges, I’ve found some go-to products, perfected our favorite recipes, and pared-down my arsenal of kitchen tools to the essentials. We also continue some of the Whole30 habits throughout the rest of the year, so it’s easier to keep the pantry and fridge stocked for success.
Since moving to the loft, I’ve been spending much more time in the kitchen. We finally have an open floor plan (it really helps the time go by when I can watch TV). Working for myself also gives me a flexible schedule to meal prep and cook.

Here are some “gadgets and gizmos” that make Whole30 easier and more enjoyable.

Crock Pot (or two)
Dutch Oven
Hand Immersion Blender
Colander
Lemon Squeezer
Cutting Board
Sharp Knives
Measuring Cups & Spoons
Glass Containers & Bento Lunchboxes
Electronic Egg Cooker

Whole30 is much less intimidating to do nowadays because there are so many convenient approved products. From sauces to spices, there’s never a dull moment (or dish) during #JanuaryWhole30.

These are a few of my favorite Whole30 pantry & fridge staples.
French Vanilla Nutpods
Chameleon Cold Brew Coffee
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
MCT Oil
noma lim Bone Broth
Tessamae’s Ketchup
New Primal Sauces & Marinades
Avocado Oil
Waterloo Sparkling Water
RAO’S Homemade Marinara Sauce
Coconut Aminos
Primal Kitchen Mayo
RXBAR Nut Butter
Epic All Natural Meat Bar (Chicken Sriracha):

And in a pinch, you can never go wrong with a Whole30-approved dish from Snap Kitchen. Holden and I love the chicken tenders, sloppy joe loaded sweet potatoes, and over easy burger with sweet potato. They also have a new Havana beef dish I can’t wait to try (especially since we booked a trip to Cuba for later this year).

This year, one of my resolutions for #JanuaryWhole30 is to document the process more on this blog. Stay tuned for more Whole30 posts that will go into detail on how I use these tools and products for our meals. In the meantime, feel free to peruse posts from past years for recipes roundups, recaps, and more!

Are you doing the Whole30 challenge this month? Let me know so we can keep each other accountable… we’ve got this!
