Blogger Photography: Weekly Recap

One of the reasons I merged Geek Glam with this site is because I’ve been spending so much time doing portrait sessions with my favorite Dallas Fashion Blogger friends, that my own blog has gone neglected. Now that I don’t feel so pigeon-holed by my brand, I’m looking forward to sharing some of my photography and website work here. I’m so grateful for all of the bloggers who work with me, and think they are too amazing not to share. Below are a few of my favorite shots from this last week!

Style By Emilee // Shops at Legacy
I’ve been working with Emilee for a few months on outfit photos AND her new blog! Her first post launches in the morning! I couldn’t be more excited. Bookmark http://stylebyemilee.com and welcome her to the Dallas Blogger scene tomorrow <3

Ashley Larea Jewelry // Studio 445
I met adorable Ashley at the latest Dallas Blogger Collective events. We did an outfit shoot last week, and this week she visited me at my studio to shoot her gorgeous handmade jewelry. It was so fun to photograph the amazing one-of-a-kind pieces– I wanted to take them all home with me! ^.^

Loubies and Lulu // The Rustic
I’ve been working on so many fun collaborations with Andrea these past few months. She’s a joy to work with. I loved shooting this lifestyle session for St. Bernard Sports with her and Lilly at The Rustic. It was my first time there, and I can’t wait to go back and visit as a patron instead of for a shoot.

Progression by Design // West Village
I met Marie for the first time this week and can’t wait to work with her again!! This lucky cutie snagged not one, but TWO Lilly Pulitzer for Target pieces… including this amazing dress. Visit her blog to see the green jumpsuit she almost got into a physical altercation over!!

Jasmine Crockett // Mallon Park
Last but not least, my partner-in-crime/Dallas Blogger Collective co-founder Jasmine texted me yesterday afternoon to see if she could stop by for an impromptu outfit session on her way home from a Skintastics appointment. We ran over to my favorite hidden gem park down the street from our house to snap a few quick pics. Jasmine is busy running her full-time business and being the backbone of DBC, so it’s been awhile since we’ve been able to catch up. Grateful for any time I get to spend with her and always leave our encounters feeling motivated!

I’m on a mission this weekend to have my husband take pictures of me so I can post some of my own personal style photos again. (We’ll see how that goes, lol). Lucky to be constantly surrounded by so many inspiring bloggers. They are truly my muses and friends, and the very reason that this blog/website is where it is today.

TGIFT (Thank God it’s Friday Tomorrow) I hope everyone has a beautiful, enjoyable weekend!!
