The Next to Nothing Face Colour is “a moisturizing tinted cream that brings out skin’s luminosity for sheer, balmy perfection.” The directions say that it can be used under or over foundation, but I would actually use it in place of traditional foundation. It’s available in 9 shades for the retail price of $31. (I’m wearing the shade “Medium Plus”)
MAC describes their Next to Nothing Powder/Pressed as a “creamy, lightweight powder that has a barely-there feel and provides a soft-focused glow.” The powder comes in 9 shades as well, retailing at $27.
Being a minimalist, I try to keep my makeup routine as simple as possible. This usually means that I skip putting anything on my face beyond the occasional BB Cream or tinted moisturizer. Most work days, I only wear lipstick and eyebrow powder, with concealer to cover any blemishes. After using Next to Nothing products, I’m convinced that I need to add these to my every day process.
I don’t consider myself a particularly vain person (at least I strive not to be), but today I found myself lingering a little longer in front of the mirror to admire the luminescent glow of my skin, whilst humming West Side Story lyrics… I feel pretty, oh so pretty! *insert sassy shrug emoji here*
