Last week, I had the privilege of being styled by Belk Galleria Dallas personal shopper and stylist Charmaine Marshall. Belk offers complimentary personal shopping sessions from Charmaine, and if you haven’t taken advantage of her styling skills yet, I highly recommend emailing her for an appointment! Charmaine pulled several summer looks for me to try on/photograph and explained some of the trends that are hot this summer.
But, first… I stopped at the Laura Mercier counter to get ready for my close-up and learn about the newest beauty products and techniques (like strobing). Jason did an amazing job giving me a natural, but glam look. I had been on the hunt for a new summer foundation, and loved the Silk Crème Oil Free Photo Edition Foundation he used so much that I ended up buying some on my way out.
After my mini makeover, I went upstairs to meet Charmaine in the dressing room where she had pulled several amazing outfits and accessories. Because I didn’t want to miss any of her tips and trends when recapping our appointment, I decided to film a video instead!
