The Impossible Project – Dallas

Re-discover the world of analog instant photography with Impossible’s US Road Show 2015. Try out classic Polaroid cameras, turn your digital images into real instant photos and explore creative techniques at the Impossible workshop tomorrow, June 17th, in Dallas!

Since saving the last Polaroid factory back in 2008, Impossible worked together with a passionate community to revive instant analog photography around the world. The US tour, which features a series of 31 stops all over the United States, is a chance to learn more about the project and the world of analog instant photography.

The event will be an introductory session to instant photography, as well as creative technique workshops teaching emulsion lifts and double exposures to those who want to make the most of their Impossible shots.

Whether you’re an old hand or a total newbie, there will be something for all levels of experience and expertise.

Attendees will be able to put down their phones, pick up a classic Polaroid camera and take a PolaWalk around town with a local photographer. As well as challenging new found analog skills this will also be a chance to view and photograph their surrounding in a whole new way.
