Let me just preface this post by saying that last night was one of my favorites of the summer. At The Southwest Blogger Society Fall Fashion Show hosted by TOOTSIES, I was able to spend time with so many awesome Dallas fashion bloggers (and lifestyle bloggers with style!), wear a ridiculously gorgeous Rachel Zoe dress, and have my hair and makeup done by an amazingly talented stylist from Blownaway, c/o My Fashion Juice. The finale of the evening included al pastor tacos and hours of witty conversation with friends.
It was one of those times when I wanted to pinch myself (and knock on wood) because life is just too good. Of everything that writing this blog has given me, opportunities, free samples, event invitations– nothing even comes close to the priceless friendships I have gained this past year. Blessed beyond belief, and I have a feeling this is just the beginning.
