We did it! Made it halfway through Whole30, and I’m feeling amazing. The tiger blood has started coursing, and I’m ready to finish strong. To celebrate the milestone, my friends Andrea from Loubies and Lulu and Barbara and Emily from Fortuitous Foodies threw a Whole30 Potluck Dinner on Saturday. Emily emailed me with the idea, and I jumped at the opportunity to host it at our house.
We decided to cook our favorite Whole30-friendly recipes for everyone to try, and it ended up being quite the smörgåsbord. Andrea, Barbara, Emily, and I coordinated via email the week before to make sure we had a wide variety of sides, appetizers, and main courses. In lieu of alcoholic beverages, I used (sugar-free) Cranberry Pomegranate juice and LaCroix Cran-Rasberry Sparkling Water with a squeeze of lime for a signature “mocktail” we could use while toasting to our Whole30 success!
I was most impressed when all our husbands left the table commenting about how delicious everything was, and how full they were! I love that Whole30 has taught me that healthy can still be hearty. Our potluck dinner reminded me of another Whole30 lesson, which is that it can be so much easier and enjoyable to do the challenge with a team. I’m excited for this potluck to be an annual #JanuaryWhole30 tradition with my sweet friends!

Pretty much all screen capture plugins can take screenshots of a whole page. I am using Nimbus but they can pretty much all do it. With Nimbus, you can select between capturing the whole page, only the visible part or a selected area … then you can edit it if you need (crop it, blur some parts, add arrows to point something, add texts, circle things, etc…). I really recommend it instead of the one you talked about in the article.
