Happy to be back in Dallas snuggled up with my puppies and husband, but grateful for the short time I spent in San Francisco this week. Following my “Snapshots from San Francisco” post with a few photos from our last full day in the city.
After working from our hotel in the morning, we decided to get some fresh air for lunch. There were two things I wanted to accomplish during my visit– visit the Sea Lions at Pier 39 (check!) and get a clear picture of the Golden Gate Bridge. Jaclyn and I asked the concierge at Hilton San Francisco Financial District where we could capture the best photo of the bridge. He recommended Crissy Field, so we hopped in an uber.
When we reached the field, I was disappointed to see fog covering the entire bridge. We wandered around for a bit, taking pictures of other sights, hoping that the fog would lift long enough for a photo– it finally did! Thank you, San Francisco, for being such a gracious host. I hope to be back soon!
