A Disney World trip for my childhood friend’s fairytale wedding was the perfect opportunity to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios.
We headed to the park on Thursday after our flight landed at 1pm, determined to make the most of our short time. By some miracle, I was able to score an individual lightning lane pass for Rise of the Resistance between 5-6pm and Oga’s Cantina reservations at 8:15pm.
The rest of the visit was spent exploring the planet Batuu, drinking Blue Bantha milk, eating Ronto Wraps, riding Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Star Tours, and a quick detour into Toy Story Land to ride Alien Swirling Saucers. It was everything I dreamed of… and more! I wish we had more time to spend there, but it’s a great excuse to plan another trip.
